Mechanical Sludge Removal

Over the past 14 years, Willacy Oil Services manufacturing division has designed and built a range of hydraulically driven sludge removal equipment. Using feedback from the contracting division, the systems have been modified and updated.

The emphasis remains on safety by minimising/eliminating man-entry into confined spaces.

The standard system comprises of a robotic or manually driven hydrodozer, a range of purpose built pumping equipment and power packs.

Willacy tailor solutions to customers specific requirements adapting standard equipment to solve difficult problems, such as low level pipetrack cleaning.
