Fixed Sludge Processing Plant

In order to maximise the efficiency of the oil refinery systems, Willacy design purpose built sludge processing stations. This enables sludge to be treated at source on a regular basis. Fixed and Semi permanent installations can be designed to suit the space available on site. Small quantities of sludge can be gathered into storage facilities and processed on an ongoing basis. Recovered oil can be returned to the refinery system and offsite disposal levels can then be greatly reduced.

The system can be highly flexible dealing with a variety of sludges ranging from tight emulsions, slop oils, waste water to high solid content sludges.
